Its feed mills in Linhe, Ningxia, and Dumeng have been awarded the "TPM Excellence Award - Class A". The Dayang Ranch has been honored with the "TPM Continuous Excellence Award". Driven by lean operations, the Dayang Ranch has seen an annual increase of over 2 kg in milk yield per milkable cow over the past three years, a reduction of 12.3% in electricity consumption per ton, and a 7.9% decrease in water consumption per ton. Youran Dairy has built a near-infrared nutritional database of major raw materials for dairy farming in China, which provides comprehensive raw material nutritional index data for precise formulation, and the acquisition of multiple nutritional indexes optimizes the dynamic cost of formulation. At the same time, NIR rapid testing technology is applied to the value assessment of raw materials to guide the procurement, quality control and grading of raw materials. The database has already exceeded 1 million calibrated samples, and the full results of sample testing can be obtained within 1 minute, which can quickly and accurately test the quality of raw materials and instantly analyze the nutritional value of raw materials, which is conducive to promoting the landing of precise nutritional solutions for dairy cow.
