Youran Dairy has entered into a strategic cooperation with renowned American dairy expert Dr. Mike Hutchins and has promoted the Chinese version of NASEM's Nutrient Requirements of Dairy Cow domestically, aligning with international standards. In 2024, Youran Dairy pioneered and launched China's first three new products: a carbon-reducing and yield-enhancing feed for ruminants, a new sheep feed that mimics the taste of grassland grazing after feeding, and a multi-stage fermented feed compound for beef cattle and mutton sheep. In strategic cooperation with the 'three major institutes' under the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences - the Feed Research Institute, the Grassland Research Institute, and the Beijing Institute of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine - it jointly builds a leading technology research and development platform both domestically and internationally. The company has also established a leading domestic dairy cow nutrition system. By collecting environmental data from the barn and herd production information such as lactation numbers through a big data monitoring system, it calculates the nutritional requirements of dairy cows. Using a self-developed near-infrared nutritional database for major raw materials in Chinese dairy farming, it evaluates the nutritional value and cost-performance ratio of raw materials. Nutritional formula systems and precision feeding equipment are then used to provide precise nutrition for dairy cows.

Youran Dairy has a team of more than 200 technical service experts. Relying on the rich experience and profound insights accumulated over many years of deep cultivation in the dairy industry, they combine industry insights with strong technical strength to accurately identify the needs and pain points of customers in each core link of daily operations. They have created a systematic service system for the national ruminant industry and accordingly launched a series of technical service items for ruminant breeding, including eight service projects: feeding, breeding, health care, milking parlor, calves, genetic testing and embryo engineering, inspection and testing, and lean management. In addition, they also assist pastures in establishing standardized operation procedures to enhance the production management level of the pastures.
