Youran Dairy has carried out strategic cooperation with the renowned American dairy expert Dr. Mike Harkins. The promotion of the Chinese version of NASEM's "Nutrient Requirements of Dairy Cattle" in China has achieved alignment with international standards. It has developed and launched a new feed product, "Green Pasture Plus", which is the first in China to reduce methane emissions by more than 20% and increase the daily milk yield of dairy cows by more than 2 kilograms. New products such as Yuanxing 50-30 and beef cattle anti-transport stress products have been launched on the market. The feed business has obtained three new patents. It has conducted strategic cooperation with the "Three Major Institutes" under the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, namely the Feed Research Institute, the Grassland Research Institute, and the Beijing Institute of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, to jointly create a leading technology R&D platform at home and abroad. It has also established a domestically leading dairy cow nutrition system. Through a big data monitoring system, information such as the environmental conditions of the cowshed and the production and parity of the cattle herd is collected to calculate the nutritional requirements of dairy cows. Through the independently developed near-infrared nutrition database of major raw materials for dairy cattle breeding in China, the nutritional value and cost performance of raw materials are evaluated. Precision nutrition is provided to dairy cows using a nutrition formula system and precise feeding equipment.

Youran Dairy has a team of more than 200 technical service experts. Relying on the rich experience and profound insights accumulated over many years of deep cultivation in the dairy industry, they combine industry insights with strong technical strength to accurately identify the needs and pain points of customers in each core link of daily operations. They have created a systematic service system for the national ruminant industry and accordingly launched a series of technical service items for ruminant breeding, including eight service projects: feeding, breeding, health care, milking parlor, calves, genetic testing and embryo engineering, inspection and testing, and lean management. In addition, they also assist pastures in establishing standardized operation procedures to enhance the production management level of the pastures.

The Jumuc.com Platform offers real-time delivery within 24 hours, gathers over 10,000 kinds of breeding consumables, and serves domestic customers with a dairy farming inventory of more than 2 million heads through the online platform and 33 offline supermarkets. It provides systematic solutions for breeding customers of dairy cows, beef cattle, sheep, and dairy goats. In the first half of 2024, the business income of the dairy cow supermarket increased by 24.6% YoY.
